Important: AdsDetective is a passive observer. We do NOT:
- Modify, create, or delete advertising campaigns
- Change budgets, bids, or targeting settings
- Make any changes to your advertising accounts
3. Liability Limitations
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:AdsDetective is an independent data aggregator. We are NOT affiliated with Google, Meta, TikTok, or any other advertising platform.
All ad-spend decisions and liability remain SOLELY with the user. AdsDetective provides data "as-is" and makes no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed.
We are NOT responsible for:
- Business decisions made based on our analytics
- Discrepancies between our reports and platform data
- Financial losses related to advertising campaigns
- Data synchronization delays or errors
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Ensuring authorized access to connected advertising accounts
- Verifying important data directly with source platforms
- Making informed business decisions independently
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
6. API Usage
API access is subject to:
- Rate limits based on your subscription tier
- Read-only operations only
- Compliance with our API documentation
- No redistribution of data without authorization
