By accessing or using AdsDetective ("the Service"), operated by Adam Perliński (sole proprietorship, NIP: PL9552557691), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdsDetective is an AI-powered ad auditing tool. You upload ad screenshots or paste ad copy, and our AI analyzes them for conversion effectiveness, copywriting quality, and design best practices. The Service provides scores, issue detection, fix suggestions, and ad rewrite variants.
Important: All AI-generated analyses, scores, and rewrite suggestions are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice. AI outputs are clearly labeled as AI-generated. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on the Service's output.
Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting to use the paid Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you waive this right once the service has been fully performed. If you request withdrawal before using the Service, a full refund will be provided.
Usage limits vary by plan:
Exceeding rate limits or abusing the Service (automated scraping, reselling, etc.) may result in account suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We do not provide SLA guarantees for non-Enterprise plans.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, internet or infrastructure failure, or third-party service outages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Szczecin, Poland. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
